Zamil Steel Acts as Official Sponsor of Metal & Steel Saudi Arabia 2012

Zamil Steel Company and Building Component Solutions LLC (BCOMS), both sector businesses of Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial), participated as official sponsor of the recent Metal & Steel Saudi Arabia 2012 expo. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Mazen Batterjee, Deputy Chairman of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and was held from 4-7 February 2012 at the Jeddah International Exhibition and Convention Center.
The support of the Zamil Industrial sector businesses with regard to this landmark event serves as another example of the company's dedication to the development of the Saudi Arabian industrial sector. In addition to introducing businesses to the latest innovations available in the steel, metal and construction industry, the expo afforded participants the chance to meet, gather and discuss opportunities for future partnerships.
The Exhibition provided an avenue for manufacturers and suppliers to forge strategic alliances with potential clients and decision makers from the Gulf region. Regional and international companies involved in the steel industry presented their diverse offerings at the expo, including participants from Germany, Italy, Turkey, UAE, Egypt and others.
This inaugural edition of Metal & Steel Saudi Arabia was the region's largest exhibition, with international participation in excess of 122 countries. In addition to the display of a wide range of the latest metal and steel products, Metal and Steel Saudi Arabia 2012 featured the industry's latest technological developments. Professional experts were also on hand to discuss and demonstrate their contributions to the growth and expansion of the metal and steel industry around the world.
