Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial) as part of its transparency and disclosure policy and continuous communication with its shareholders and the public on significant news; and as a result of the recent developments and unrest in Egypt since the company has manufacturing facilities in 6th October City; would like to inform its shareholders and the public that Egypt's operations represents almost 7.6 percent of Zamil Industrial overall revenues and that the facilities have not been affected.The company will further communicate any progress on a timely basis.
