ZSV Youth receives Certification of Merit from the Vice-President

Hanoi, 19 March 2010, Zamil Steel Vietnam Youths celebrated the achievement of receiving Certificate of Merit from Her Excellency, Madam Nguyen Thi Doan, and Vice President of Vietnam for their contribution to the social-economic development of Hanoi and Vietnam.

Eight youths representating ZSV were selected to represent the youths of Zamil Steel Vietnam to receive the certificate in the ceremony held by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to pay tribute to the youths of Hanoi, on the occasion of Vietnamese Youth Day celebrated nation-wide on March, 26.

ZSV currently employs more than 1200 staff, of which, majority are youth. It is part of the company's culture to constantly invest in technical and career development training for the youth. Over a decade of ZSV's operation in Vietnam, the company has been recognized by the Government as an enterprise that provides excellent support to the social and economical development of the country. In 2006, ZSV Youth also received Initiative Award, certified by Hanoi Labor Federation for the significant contribution in creating initiatives in the area of Industrial.

Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) is the largest socio-political organization of Vietnamese Youth. The HCYU was founded, led and trained by the late Mr. Ho Chi Minh for the purpose of gaining national independence as well as creating a strong, just, democratic and civilized society.
