Zamil Steel Vietnam has exported its first Pre Engineered Steel Building to Japan for Ikegai Company, manufacturers of milling machinery.

Approved by the Building Centre of Japan and other relevant authorities, the structure conforms to Japanese steel building design requirements, which among other criteria, requires that it can withstand Japan's seismic conditions.

"Over the past two and a half decades Zamil Steel has supplied hundreds of steel buildings to numerous Japanese contractors and investors outside Japan. We are proud to have supplied our steel buildings and services to major Japanese contractors such as Takenaka, Obayashi, Taisei, Shimizu, Kajima, Chiyoda, JGC, Sumitomo Mitsui Construction, etc. and to global Japanese producers such as Canon, Fujitsu, Toyota, Honda, Fujifilm, Panasonic and others. We have worked with our esteemed Japanese clients in many countries worldwide and now Zamil Steel is set to become an active player within Japan as our export business to the country expands," said Fadi Mujahed, Marketing Manager, Zamil Steel.

"Zamil Steel has cultivated very special relations from the early eighties with Japanese companies. Our relations extended to multinational giants namely steel suppliers and manufacturers, contractors and end users. We share the same fundamental values of quality, speed and innovation with our Japanese clients. This is one of the reasons why we dedicated great efforts in ensuring compliance with stringent checks, tests and approvals so that we could put our buildings into the home soil of our loyal and supportive customers," explained George Kobrossy, General Director of Zamil Steel Vietnam.
