Zamil Steel holds technical course for Certified Builders

Zamil Steel held its second Technical Sales Course for Certified Builders in Dammam this week. More than 15 representatives from several Zamil Steel certified builders joined the program that aimed at developing the product knowledge and sales skills of the participants.
This is the second training session that was held this year says Achraf Kassem, Zamil Steel Builder Development Manager, Due to the high demand to attend these courses, we are planning, next year, to start holding this technical sales course for builders every quarter.
Certified builders from seven different countries attended the one-week intensive course. All participants received training on estimating, engineering, production and erection of Zamil Steel pre-engineered buildings in addition to marketing and sales skills.
Zamil Steel, the largest producer of pre-engineered steel buildings in Asia and Africa, launched its new builder training program as part of its goal to establish the largest and most qualified builder network in the industry. The company has more than 60 builders in 25 countries and plans to appoint new builders in many other countries worldwide.
In December, Zamil Steel will hold its first Erection Course for Certified Builders of the year; a 3-day intensive course aimed at developing erection skills of the builders construction teams.
For this purpose, we have set up an advanced erection school that has all the necessary product models and erection tools needed for this course, says Mr. Kassem. The erection school is the first of its kind in the industry and will provide participants with the chance to actually practice erection work during training.
